Inclusivity

We welcome roller derby players, officials, and supporters aged 16 and up, of all genders, and experience levels. We maintain both WFTDA-aligned and open gender rosters to ensure all members have opportunities to participate.

We take responsibility for our actions, support each other with honesty and kindness, communicate directly and openly, believe others are doing their best, and hold ourselves and each other accountable for contributing to a culture of positivity and trust.

Empowerment

We challenge ourselves to improve, push ourselves, and support each other’s development as athletes and individuals. We encourage members to take initiative and engage in personal and collective goal setting and growth.

Team and Community Spirit

We celebrate both team and individual success and build strong connections on and off the track. Our team engages in local charity work and community involvement, and we strengthen our bonds through social events and shared experiences.
